Writer's Block
Writer's block is something every writer experiences, and it's not something to be ashamed about. It sucks, and it can last for a long time, but there are things that you can try to help overcome writer's block. I've listed below a few links that could help. Like I said before, there is no shame in having writer's block. It's a tricky thing to deal with, but there can be many ways to help.
There are cases of writer's block where the person who is experiencing it needs to take a break. We all tend to burn ourselves out in hopes of creating something amazing, but we tend to forget that our mental and physical help matter more than anything else. If you're burnt out, my number one recommendation is to take a weekend or even a week off (or longer if you need) and reflect on yourself and your body. What are you feeling right now? Can you control what you're feeling? Is there a solution to what you're feeling?
I also recommend spending time in nature during your break. Nature is the number one cure for almost any mental block. Observing nature around you can inspire new writing ideas, calm any worries, and you begin to feel connected to the world more than ever once you truly appreciate what's around you.
Writer's block is a hard thing to deal with, and I have been on and off with writer's block for many years now. It's challenging, but my only advice is to focus on yourself and your mental health. There is a reason why there is a blockage, and if you can find that reason early on, that's great! But of course, if you can't (like me), that's okay too. There is no one-size-fits-all in this situation but know that what you're feeling right now is okay. You're not alone.
I highly recommend trying these things that will be listed below to try and overcome writer's block, but again, if it doesn't right away, that is totally okay and normal. You will find your way.
